The Learn-to-Skate program, our beginner level program, is primarily designed for children from the age of 6 and under who want to learn the fundamentals of ice skating. The skill level of participants ranges from players who have never been on skates before and need a crate to players who may have some exposure to skating but are not yet proficient. The objective of the program is to create a positive skating experience and to instruct children in the basic skills (forward skating, backward skating, turns, stops) of ice skating.
