Sizing times available:
Saturday April 1st 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Sunday April 2nd 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Tuesday April 4th 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
New Travel Team Players: Come to one of the sizing times and complete the online new jersey order form. Jersey numbers available for your age group are posted online. When you complete the form, you will be asked to enter the jersey size needed, players top 10 number requests, and pay the jersey fee of $ 50 (PYH supplements the purchase of the first set of jerseys). This form must be completed by April 30th.
Existing Players with assigned numbers:
For all players that have already been assigned a number, and need to replace their jerseys, cost is $99 per set. Stop by rink to confirm sizing at one of the above times and complete the online jersey reorder form no later than April 30th.
Players returning to PYH:
If you had previously been assigned a number by PYH, but left the program last year, the number you were originally assigned was released. You will need to re-enter the jersey number pool. If your previous number is available, we will make every attempt to get that reassigned to you.
Note for Midget and U19’s: Available jersey numbers are based on “combined” years – 1997 & 1999, and 1998 & 2000.
Note for Mites: if you are trying out for a mite travel team, we are only asking that you have the jerseys sized at this time. Please report your size to the person checking you in during tryouts. If you are placed on a Mite Travel team, you will be notified to complete the online new jersey form at the end of May.
The lottery drawing for numbers will be done before the June BOD meeting.
ALL ORDERS FOR 2018-2019 SEASON MUST BE PLACED BY APRIL 30TH – for new players (except Mites) and any reorders. Any orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to be available before the season starts. Orders placed after the April 30th will be process in August, and can take up to 10-12 weeks to be received.
